My changes are not showing up in Canvas

The most common cause for Scaffold changes not updating in Canvas are as follows.

Files have not been built

You need to ensure that once all changes have been made, you re-build the files. Re-building the files will ensure the JavaScript and CSS files have the latest changes.

If you use the bootloader install method, then once the files are built, the changes will automatically apply.

Files not uploaded to Canvas

If you don't use the bootloader installation method and download the JavaScript and CSS Scaffold files and then upload these to the Canvas theme, then after you re-build the files, you will need to ensure that the new files are uploaded to your Canvas theme.
